I cannot find a way to just e-mail someone with my question so here it is. Can I upload text to my space or do I have to retype anything I want to post to the guide? I have a couple of things I wrote a while ago which might be of interest but I really don't want to retype them.

You should be able to cut and paste text from other programmes when editing your own page.
