there'll be a black box theatre too, right? Flexible, bare-bones staging and what-not.

That'll be The Circle - surrounded on all side (since a circle only has one side 
) by the audience, minimalist approach to set and costume. Maybe one or two props, if the director is desperate enough. Rather like 'The Other Place' in Stratford-on-Avon, if that means anything.
