I may be wrong, but I am 99% sure that Azala did NOT create Lavos. Lavos came from somewhere out in space. Azala did seem to know that Lavos was coming though.

Some other things:
Lavos is not evil incarnate. Lavos is not evil at all.
Dalton doesn't own the Blackbird, it's a monument. Dalton steals it.
There are more than 12 endings (I'm pretty sure of that)
Yakra only tries to usurp the throne in 600 A.D. It is his descendant, Yakra the 13th who tries to frame Gaurdia XXXIII.
