Could you provide an X-SAMPA transcription for that? English dialects are so divergent that I have little idea how to pronounce your phrases, even in that ad-hoc phonetic notation.

Here's my best assessment of that:
/Ai/ or /Aj/ or /@i/ or /@j/ or /Vi/ or /Vj/ -> /oi/ or /oj/.
/@/ or /V/ -> /U/.
/oU/ -> /o/.
/ej/ -> /Ej/.
/A@/ -> /&/ (ae ligature).
/I/ -> /i/.
/i/ -> /ej/ (final).
/r/ -> /r\/. [1]
/N/ -> /Ng/.
/h/ -> 0
/t/ -> 0 (final).
