I'm amazed that it's 08:35 on a saturday morning and i've already spent 40 minutes looking for the bl* definition of the off-peak/peak times.
all help will be deeply appreciated?
OFF PEAK: 9:30 onwards or outside zone 1

The site below tells that off-peak is from 9:30 onwards on weekdays and all day weekends or if you do not travel in zone 1.
