I have suggested, up the pipelines, that sometimes - some past offenders might actually be beneficial to the site. I am one such, banned once by intent and affairs for nearly 3 years. Another that I could name - who wrote early transgressions procedures - could offer serious background support. But policies forbid.
And while I can only guess at the recent thorn in the rump reguarding log-in things - - - such folks could also be useful on the 'inside'.
Just my thoughts. You folks will do what you will do. And hold hopes for the best.
