Weather - surprisingly warm and dry in the middle of the day - got some washing dry! Rain later, though. Definitely not as cold as it's been (we even had snow last Sunday!)
It's a holiday here today. Had the day off work. See last year's journal. And I think Sho has a journal on the subject, too.
Time: it's 23:46 CET - should just be able to post this by midnight
Haiku:
A queue. A seat in the dark
The curtain opens
The world is mirrored therein.
Today I completed: Not the ironing, unfortunately - there's still some left. But I did manage to play a piece on the organ right through. Must practise more!
Yeah well - we went to the theatre. The haiku is rather hifaluting really, as it was "Noises Off" - a satire on a farce. Laughed a lot!

Well done for getting in before the curfew. I am fascinated by the organ learning, practice and playing. I'd love to hear more on that subject, as well as others.
Good luck and glad to see you.

Noises off is one of my favourite farces, so cleverly written!

That would be a Hukai, I reckon, or maybe a Huiak. Haiku generally go 5-7-5, no?

I thought there was something wrong with it. That's what you get for posting at midnight after a night out.

Opinion is divided on the seventeen syllable question, of course: http://haikuneverdie.blogspot.co.uk/2009/08/american-haiku-by-jack-kerouac.html
