Gosh - so it is! The second last day of Journalism.
Tonight we have tickets for the theatre. Unusually for our town, they are showing a classic: Schiller's "Die Räuber". German literature is one of probably many things about which I have absolutely not a clue. I've made attempts to read some, but I know Brecht mainly through translation, and the works of the Manns from televised adaptations.
I suppose I ought to look it up at lunchtime, just to see what the story is!

Right - I've looked up the synopsis. No wonder they made operas of it. It sounds like it's very long. I hope I don't fall asleep, that's the disadvantage of going to the theatre in the middle of the week.
