Will need a lot of research especially as we seem to have been all romantic in Edinburgh rather than Glasgow, I'll ask the other half, we may be able to come up with something.

Don't worry - no pressure! Only one of many possible ideas. By the way, I've been speaking to Babel-17 who said you might be coming to Scotland soon. It would be great if we could all meet up and chat over a pint...

Well we're up next wekend but that is a hectic rush around a few wedding related things. However we will both be in Scotland from the 30th December until the 7th of January

Great - lets try and meet up then. I'm going to be in Norwich (well actually a small village near Norwich called Reepham) for Hogmanay but will be back in Scotland around the 4th. Hope all the weddingy stuff is going well! I just got married last year so I know how mad it can all be - fun too though!

Hey Lyns! Sound wonderful. I have to say that I've been looking for an excuse to take a certain male to Glasgow and this seems a wonderful opportunity! I'm sure I can think of one or two romantic places... Hopefully they'll be what you're looking for!

And a drink with Babel sounds great. DD and I were already trying to get that one arranged over Christmas, so now its an extra reason to meet up for a pint!
