Just realized that your accident was in December and your insurance claim is settled in January, amazing. Claims in England can take ages to settle.

No, actually they take ages here too.
Thing with that one was that I didn't have to claim from my insurance because I was not at fault. The whole thing went straight to court anyway and when the court rules something then insurance companies have to jump whether they like it or not.
