On the up-side considering all the stressful stuff that's going on, I'm staying afloat quite well. I must be improving my coping skills.

There's an old but true wisdom:
May God give you the courage to put your hands on things that you can change.
May He give ou the calmness to leave your hands off things that you can't change.
And, most of all, may He give you the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other one.

Yes, I'm pretty much OK. I get a bit more often than I really like, but I think over all the way I feel right now is so much of an improvement over how I would've felt in the same circumstances even this time last year, that I can't help but feel optimistic -- which is so much better than feeling awful because I'm down again.
Just too many stress-triggers at once.
And cloughie; you made me laugh.

How about a Friesen Christmas cake? My frind made one of those one Christmas and it was incredible! But I like a nice chocolate cake with melt in your mouoth confectioner's sugar frosting...
