Yes you can have pancakes on a day other than pancake day! I have them all the time!
Have you tryed them with bacon in them?

Nope, isn't that an omelette? Have tried them with mincemeat & tomatoe sauce with a cheese sauce over the top - great (or grate?)
Thanks now I'll be cooking them whenever I feel like one not just on THAT day!!!!!!!!
