It ought to be mentioned that Austin, Texas is the home town of Lance Armstrong, who is currently probably one of the top 10 cyclists of all time and, next year, stands to move into the top 5 with a fifth Tour De France win.

Now if he wins again in 2005, that boosts his record to 7 consecutive Tour de France victories, a feat which I'm sure will take decades to beat, and probably by someone that copies Lance's training and style of racing.
