Greetings
This is the forum to be in to discuss when you think would be a good time to have the Denver Get Together.
Personally, I live downtown just a couple of blocks from the capitol building and the Mercury Cafe is pretty much within walking distance for me, so the only thing I have to worry about is my work schedule. Since I work for a temp agency, my schedule is changing with each assignment, but if we have the Get Together in the evening it shouldn't be a problem for me.

PS - If you know of any Researchers in the Denver area who may not know about the Get Together, please mention it to them. There has been a little advertising of the Denver Get Together page, but not very many people have expressed interest. The more, the hoopier!

Anytime after 5 pm is good for me on weekdays. I couldn't make a meeting set for Saturday, but I could make one anytime on Sunday.

That's ok.... all right.... hermmm...
My difficulty could lie in finding a ride, since I don't drive, and I am very tight on the wallet...
I attend Metro State College, which is out in Denver... I'm there on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I get out around 2 pm... Herrrmmm....
Any day after three will be pretty good... I'm always home at that time... I just have to know what we decide on ahead of time-- preferably 2-3 weeks...
Then I have to convince my brother or my boyfriend to come with.... more likely, my boyfriend... and he works, too... so... hermmm...

Well... if there's no BRONCO game... it appears that Sunday afternoon might work, generally....
"Daddy, I am going to meet these friends I made on the internet... let's go together, shall we!?? Oh, no... don't give me that look!!! They AREN'T FREAKS!!! Honest..."

"Or, if they ARE freaks, they are at least the best kind of freaks..."
Sunday afternoons work for me. Anyone else?

That's a good time for me as well.

Greetings
It sounds to me that Sunday afternoon or evening sounds like it would work out the best so far.
Which Sunday do we want to shoot for? I'm pretty much free for all of them.

Other than Xmas Eve and New Year's Eve, I'm good for any of them also. Not having a Bronco game will limit us, though. So we look to Dragonfly to tell us when they are...

But of course... well...
::gets out her schedule::
Well, it looks as if we're playing every Sunday until Christmas Eve... heheheheh... a long wait ahead of us...
When?
Phoenix Posted Nov 22, 2000
Well, that long wait might do us some good.
Peta might put this Denver Get Together page on H2G2's community get togethers page, so we'll be getting some more advertising. Hopefully we'll get more interested peoples.
Perhaps we should shoot for the Sunday just after New Years since there are games until Christmas, and so we don't catch people in between the holidays, in case anyone has unexpected visitors or decides to go traveling.
