Myself, I'm more worried about the North Koreans than anyone else in the nuclear field at the moment.
One of their more recent test detonations was so low as to suggest they're focusing on development of a minimal thermonuclear triggering device.
Their schizotypal national average of personality development does not argue strongly for a strong sense of global responsibility.
