The Keeper of Keeping ON accepts with great delight (as well as restraint) this Title appertaining to matters of consistency, reliability, dependability and, most of all, salience; and occasionally, silence.
Without salience (and some silence too), we just never quite get anywhere trying to move meaning from confusion to clarity--do we now--Mates?
