There are shitloads of pubs in Nottingham. The city centre is so compact that we could do all the points of interest and rendezvous on foot about 10 minutes later.

Er, having gone out the other night, I'm not so sure now. They're all either incredibly loud yuppified places or ghastly little pubs with crap beer. The only place I can think of which is probably still worth a visit is the Bell Inn or the Trip. Oh, that's two. And that's probably plenty!

I suggest the Trip: it's better than the Bell and has lotsch of atmoshmphere
