Just a word of warning; this meet really is very close to the last one. There are so many little meets that it's getting impossible to attend them all, so the numbers of people is going to drop. I for one don't know whether I'll be along.

Yep - it's just that more than a few people were disappointed in having to leave early / were not able to make it at the last minute, so doing another one on a half-term Saturday seemed a good idea. I take your point, but I'm sure we'll find a few people who want to come in February.
Ideally, the thing would settle to an October and March sort of idea. That way, they'd be evenly spaced with London. But life isn't perfect, and the last Oxford was October which turned into mid-November, or something like that.
