I think it's great how the theme tune has remained largely unchanged for so longand just had a few tweaks here and there. As I was saying in the Dr. Who Group, that recording's quite clear. Anyone ever tried to transcribe the theme? I think I worked it out roughly on piano once, but since I sold my keyboard in favour of guitars it's been kind of pointless finishing it off. I bet you could play it on guitar if you had a few effects pedals...( and possibly a loop)

I think the expression rhymes with clucking bell Its really hard to think how old those recordings are yet how modern they sound; With non of the myriad of digital synths and effects I just take for granted having on my PC Can't wait for em to release the entirity of the old recordings it'll be days from my life wasted listening to them but strangely I think worth it

yeah. The bit about the dance track was unbelievable in that article. But was it me, or was there no option to hear a little bit of it?

I listened to it... there were quite a few links on the page to differnt clips of audio from various things

yep, I finaly found it and was able to listen. Its really good. I heard some of the Dr Who prom the other day. I wonder if there are any plans to release the Dr, Who music on cd. Murray Gold's music has been brilliant for the past series'
