these are 2 lisence plates i saw recently:

41 JW 52

and

N0CCC
except that one has a null sign(a zero with a slash through it) instead of the zero

can anyone figure out what these mean? (they must mean SOMETHING, otherwise they would never have come out that way) i don't know what they mean myself so i can't help.

Well, the first one just looks like it's from the continent (Europe) somewhere. I think the JW should give the district. Either that or the driver's a Jehovah's Witness.

Second one: Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club? Probably not, since it's in the US.

i thought that the N nullsign could mean "anull"(is that spelled right?) and the ccc could be "trice'(tri- for 3, tri-c), but they don't make sense together. smiley - sadface

The first one looks Dutch to me, but I can't help with the second. Perhaps they wanted a normal 0 but it had already been taken? Probably not. Perhaps it's a small business owner's car, but quite possibly Norwegian, as pointed out by The Cow.

The first one looks Dutch, yes. The second doesn't look Norwegian. Ø is a Danish and Norwegian letter, but in Denmark and probably in Norway too, it isn't used on license plates. Danish and - if it hasn't been changed recently - Norwegian plates have to letters and five numbers. AB 12 345
