At last having been trying to log on to H2G2 since 9:30 this morning time now 17:37 I've finally got online I saw the question get posted but have been unable to get online for proof see email enclosed.
The Answer Star Wars. (there is no mention of Apes and planets tend not to be celestial)

I therefore suggest that due to technical diificulties and I again quote Mina

Apparently the User Database went down, and they are now restoring it from a
back up copy, although it could take several hours.
