His evil twin brother is a barber with a shop on the street he is on and his Grandfather's daughter's sister has already comped him (his evil twin brother) for the haircut.

She pulled the yellow sticky tag, with the message 'don't forget' on it, from his forehead and showed it to him.

I have to agree with Danny, except that on a crowded "sidewalk" I reckon he saw his reflection in a shop window, rather than a "mirror"

Ugi, that is why I said he saw his own reflection rather than mentioning mirrors. It was a probably vain attempt to steal a point off of Danny before he becomes uncatchable

TC, are you asking about the original question?
The person he is looking at is his mother's, sister's, father's grandson.
In other words the grandson of his aunt's (mother's sister) father (his grandfather). Could be himself, any male siblings he has, or any of his male cousins.
Have I just made it worse?
