Howdy, people. Caltrain is a train system that lots of international tourists use to get to San Francisco, and lots of local folks (like me) use to get to work. I have written an article about it.

The article has lots of insider scoop on how to avoid Caltrain's imperfections. Also, many people might be entertained by the very notion of rail travel in California, a piquant oxymoron.

I've found that most travel in California is some type of moronic....
A very throrough and well-researched article that offers good advice to the casual traveler. I recommend it.

Good one SHould have no troubles with the hurdles of getting into the Edited Guide However, patience is recommended, as only a handful a week are being picked by The Scouts, at the mo'. So, until later......

One per day, to be exact. And even the ones we do recommend aren't being Edited by the Towers yet; they're still working on the old queue.
Have no fear, though. When the old queue is gone, we'll ramp up the rate of recommending to at least five per day. Potentially we might even have ten per day, if we get enough scouts.

Okay. By the way, if I edit the entry, does that affect its place in the queue? There are a couple of small updates I need to apply, but they're not worth bumping the whole entry out of its place in the editing queue.
Thanks.
Brian

Nope, as far as I know you can edit all you want until the article enters the Editorial process. That means if it sits in the queue for 20 weeks before The Towers look at it, then you can change it all you want during that 20 weeks.

If they haven't been along already, the Scout who recommended your entry will post here soon, to let you know what happens next. Meanwhile you can find out what will happen to your entry here: http://www.h2g2.com/SubEditors-Process
