Hot baths required

Unfortunately it also reminds me that I have really tense shoulders (again!) and its a full 5 hours untill I can get a hot bath .

Stand up. Swing your arms in circles - both with your elbows bent and at full stretch.
Shrug while sitting down Roll your head.Buy yourself one of those wooden spiky rollers from the Body Shop or Boots or similar and rub it frequently across your shoulders. get someone else to do it if it will amuse them. Do NOT sit in the same position for longer than five minutes. After all, you're irreplaceable.
