What wasn't mentioned in the article was the ubiquitous use of cellular phones while driving. Its a well known fact that while using the phone on the road all the capacities of the car and driver are inactivated, such as; turn signals, braking time, lane changing abilities and so forth. It's also a known fact that if a woman is talking and driving simultaniously, you may pull in front of her and brake swiftly in order for her insurance company to repair your back bumper and encourage many visits to your favorite chiropractor.
