A quick search shows me some sort of graphic novel character, humanoid with a cat head. Also, possibly from the same series a mace wielding, floppy eared dog in "Destroyer of the Damned".

Apparently it's some kind of fabric. I've mentioned before that I think the term Hoodie-Footie to be too twee and schmaltzy for adequate description. Now they're making them about of... cuddlepuff
