There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho

http://www.theguardian.com/science/2013/dec/29/scientists-favourite-jokes

It both worries me and makes me feel quite chuffed that not only did I get all of these jokes, even though I might not have fully understood the science behind them, but a good number of them made me laugh out loud.

It worries me because it means I might be nerdier smiley - geek than I thought I was, but it makes me chuffed because it means I might be nerdier than I thought was, and that's a good thing smiley - biggrin There's nowt wrong with being smart, or in my case, smart-ish.

In the maths section, I was disappointed to not see my favorite:

An infinite number of mathematicians walk into a pub. The first orders a pint of ale. The second orders a half pint of ale. The third orders a quarter pint of ale. The bartender stops them there, hands them two pints and says get out! smiley - alesmiley - ale

But I understand your feelings, Gosho. The jokes in the article were rather accessible. I think I've been reading http://xkcd.com long enough to expect a certain percentage of science/math jokes to go nearly compleatly over my head. smiley - doh
