Though it might seem triv ial to say, I now recognize there is so much more to life than ‘just getting by’. More than money, food, cars and sleep. There is day and night to live in.

I had a great evening, even after I got home (though that was just am added bonus. My father expressed his appreciation for me and told me that I was right to not care about UMass.

Wow.

It's only been a few hours but...come down tomorrow if you can. I'd really like to see you if it's possible. I think...I think you're something truly special and I think I'd love to hold you in my arms and remind myself of how lucky I am.

It's 10:42...and my boss still hasn't called to let me know if I'm working tomorrow. I've decided to keep a positive attitude and assume that I'm not working. I suppose I'll call tomorrow moring to find out, then somehow let you know. I'll try to post another msg, but if I am going to work, I can't promise anything...
For now, I go back to my cleaning frenzy...this medicine is giving me enough energy to run from here to your house, but my heart and lungs feel like they're going to explode. What a mess that would be...

It's 12:48, I just got home (sorry 'bout not callig you this afternoon, I got my stuff done and my mom was on the phone almost continually from then. damnit.) and was wondrin' about tomorrow...I'm meeting Katie in the city around 2 and we're hanging out, but I'll be home round 7:30 (just for you. )

Marcus, as usual, is pissed. But whatever. He assumed I was spending tomorrow with him (although he didn't tell ME this) becuase he's leaving on a cruise...SATURDAY. ? I don't understand why I can't see him Friday, but whatever. He'll deal with it. I had simple plans, and with the introduction of him into them things have gotten ridiculously complicated. As usual.

If you check this, gimme a call on my line and I'll ring you back. I need to work out exactly what's going on tomorrow and stuff.

Here's the plan--I need to get in contact with you tomorrow. I'm catching the 9:30 bus into NYC so a call after...8:30 will be inconvenient (a lonely shower, a lonely few minutes waiting for the bus...) but this is the idea--IF I get in touch with you we need to discuss the possibility of you meeting us in Hoboken if you can (or if you're comfortable, all that stuff). If I don't hear from you I'll assume you'll be in Montclair around 7:30 per usual. Marcus, Boyle, and Katie will be joining us, at least for awhile.

Sorry this is so sterile, I just want everything to work out as it should and what not.

I'm goin' to a movie in...heh. It starts in 10 minutes. BUT...if it's still nevessary for your mom to talk to mine, ask her to give us a ring, or something along those lines. I'll try to call you tonight, but I'll prolly be getting back too late to, so...we'll get in touch somehow. Usually do.
