My character Clipboard's personality no longer resembles my own, so I decided to be myself.

Whho, I've been off of H2G2 too long, as I've been swamped with homework, and I just got a Copy of EV Nova. Anyway, I've got a new profile to type up.

Dewclaw and Clipboard are a ternian - human outlaw team.

Here's a little backstory on the ternians:

I like to write a comic/short story (altough I haven't done much of any comics yet) where part of the backstory is about aliens called Ternians who come to earth to sightsee and visit tourist attractions, then start peacefully migrateing to Earth. The Ternians are not super-intelligent, but they do have mental powers and technology a step above ours(Although most of this was actually handed down to them by a superior race.). They share thier technology and teach humans amazing mental abilities, and they get along fairly well for a few years, until racial conflict builds up, and people start blameing the Ternians for several major natural disasters. Useing reverse enginerred Ternain technology, a large army of humans from all over the planet drive the Ternains away, along with about a third of Earth's human population, who flee for thier lives. Almost all of the Ternians who don't escape earth are brutally tortured and slaughtered, and the Earth is governed by a tyrannical military dictatorship, which is contantly going through constitutions, and executing traitors accused of sympathizing with Ternians after alowing the accused a quick, meaningless, joke of a trial. And that's sort of how I see things happening with contact between Humans and Aliens

Of course, that's limted to my stories, but I like the Idea of brining Ternians into RP here on H2g2.

Ternians looks kind of like antropomorphic cats, of foxes or something. The color of thier fur depends mostly on the season, and while they might look cat like, thier range of mentalaties is a divers as humanity's. Not a bad species, really, but the king of got the full force of humanity's xenophobia when some of them tried live on earth.

As for Clipboard and Dewclaw, Dewclaw is the brains, and the decision maker. She's the one who comes up with ideas on where they're going to get money, and the occaisional get-rich-quick scheme. She's the best one in a crisis. She has some useful mental powers (mostly levitation and the like) and she likes pulling pranks and tomfoolery. Clipboard is the geeky kid who follows Dewclaw around. He has trouble makeing decisions, and mostly acts as the voice of reality for Dewclaw's plans. Unlike Dewclaw, Clipboard doesn't rreally like to do anything exciting or dangerous, but usually gets dragged into scary situations when one of Dewcalw's plans falls all to hell. Clipboard has a way with machines, bing schooled in technomancy. H can usually be found repairing parts of the ship, or tinkering with some kind of gadget, when he's not following Dewclaw around.
