h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hey, It's me Clipboard. I'm making some changes to my role here on H2G2.

First of all, I'm gonna try to cut back on the RP just a little. No garuntees, but I might actually make a gudie entry for once.

Second, I'm making some adjustments to my RP cast. I've got characters that I've wanted to add in for a while, but couldn't come up with a backstory for. So I deciced to add them in without any real reason or backstory. Get back to you soon!

what do you think you might write on?

Not sure yet. I might write about continuity, or famous cats and dogs of scientists, or maybe just post a short story i've been working on.

It's me again. That short story I was talking about, well i've finished it. I just need to put a couple of finishing touches on it, and I can try to submit it as a guide entry.

I just read it! good character and plot developement, good ending very descriptive. I put it in guide ml for you; check out the other conversation.
Be sure to use notepad to copy and you shouldn't have all that 58%&@^(& stuff instead of " and '. I'll delete my copy when you tell me you're through.

I wish I had notepad. I run Mac OS, so apostrophes and quotes don't convert correctly, apperently. I'm going have to fix that soon.

I take that back. I'll never wish I had notepad. On the bright side, thanks to your huge help ex-Rambleing, that entry actually works now. I'm hoping to send it to fiction central any minute now.

I just changed my name, so Clipboard is no longer my main character. I'm useing my self as a RP entity.

Yes, it really doesn't describe me though. I'm not very sportsman like, I've never actually been hunting.

Maybe you're hunting for something noble, like Androgenes.(I think it was him)

Of course, the reason I changed my character so much is to pave way for some new ones. So, let's start describeing them, right? If I can get away with it, I'll post some links to pictures I made, but that'll come later. Let's start off with me.

Hunter is a tall, skinny, teenage male kid, wearing blue jeans and a combination of two sweatshirts, one over the other. The sleeves extend past his hands. His brown hair is sewpt foorward over his eyes, makeing him looks sort of like the sheepdog for the looney toons. He's kind of pale, and doesn't look like the type who gets out much. He doesn't have any unusual powers, but if he did, they would be bad ones, like the ability to spit blood. He cannot fight at all, but won't be makeing to many apperances in fight scence where he isn't runing away anyway. He can't summon his characters to fight for him either. They show up when they want, which is not often. More frequently, they'll be doing their own things while he isn't around.

Good character! He can be like a catalyst, or a victim, or an observer making comments. Versitile; people see him show up, and they know something's coming.

I think It'll be fun to roleplay as myself for a change...

Anyway, the Idea is that I don't have any control over my characters, nor do they have any need of me. They can act indepently of me, as I can of them, and any of the charatcers can show up at an RP area. It should be interesting, but It'll require people to pay more attention to who's in my posts than before. people like me, for instance.

sounds like fun. I updated your cat profile to include the name change. Red is offline for a while, but may note it at the dog house.
He may not, since the clipboard cat character and the cr atmos character are still active, and stand on their own. Clip is listed as our resident cat, after all.

Metal C

You all know the CR Atmos, right? I've changed his name and shape, but not his attitude. Clipboard really isn't the type to have a Robot lackey the way I'm writing him now, and I'm not even sure if he's capable of building an intellegent robot. Probably not. I was going to have The Metal C run things on Clipboard's ship, but Clipboard is supposed to see robots as being on the same level as people, and not want to enslave either. When Clipboard started out, he was powerful and evil. Now he's a lot less of both. Originally, Clipboard was the impuslive villan, and th CR Atmos was his passive sidekick. Now Clipboard is the passive sidekick, and a character I'll yet introduce is the impulsive one. Clipoard is no longer evil enough to keep The CR Atmos as anything but a close friend (Altough that's really what he was supposed to be in the 1st revision) and is not powerful enough to have built him. The Question remains as to where this leaves the CR Atmos, and I don't know yet. I do know however, tht he has the same ultra passive personality as before, at least when it comes to fighting. He also sports a nw name, as I want to distance him from the fact that I originially came up with him to sek revenge on Red Dog, and he has a human android body. His build is tall and skeletally skinny, as a robot, he lacks muscle, fat or skin. His chestplate looks like a vest, and he has a lagre shirttail covering his back. His head looks like it's covered by a helmet or metal ninja hood, and he has glowing blue yes under his glass faceplate. It's not clear who built him, other than that it was not Clipboard.
