A good point came up about changeing password details
so i dicided id have a go im on a digibox and it wouldn`t let me change
my details is there a way around this problem for the short tearm while the problems with the new log in are sorted for us

We might be able to make you another password FORM you could use on collective (as Spelugx did with the login FORM). Do you have any idea which bit isn't working or shall I just look for the usual suspects of SCRIPT, NOSCRIPT, flash and popups?

I've been through 3 forms so far from the "Retrieve my details" link. As far as I can see the fields should be visible to digibox users unlike the login one. The first asks you for your password to continue. The second shows you a lot of your current settings. The third (from pressing to change the settings) has a lot of boxes to do this: password, secret question, name, email and sex ("yes please" not being one of the standard options they might have included). Then there are buttons/links to save changes, go back or exit. How far can you get through this sequence?

im ok geting passed the password to get to the details but nothing workes after that
the change details dosen`t work
and clicking on the option to show my password dosent work
the main page to create account are still ok up to the second page but that is it you cant get to step 3

One of the BBCi staff just said they were looking into it. If I don't see any action though I may just start creating alternative forms anyway...

yeh you could do i guess
im sure to be fair to them they have a few problems with the new system and it will be a case of prioratiseing what needs doing and to what order would be best to sort it out in

Its just i repoted it and got a response back about it today saying it was being investigated.

yeh not to bad 
Got my strong pain killers from dr and some lotion for this rash he just said its a skin condition that will clear within a week with this lotion
