Oh I remember why, it's actually the ginger beer recipe that was hidden because of the danger of exploding bottles. I had a long discussion with Sam about it. Probably the BBC didn't want to run the risk.
I'll take another look at it.

I fixed it, the problem was that Sam thought it was the amount of sugar that was too much, and had coded it out.
I remember saying that it was the correct amount of sugar, but the danger was to do with the way it was bottled and stored.
I've checked with other recipes, and changed the glass bottles to plastic ones, added a warning, and linked to River Cottage Ginger beer who also use this method.
It is not hidden any more.
