This is the only one, of five Entries listed on the front page, that doesn't show the update date.
[Incidentally, wouldn't it be more accurate to say 'Last Amended on'? 'Updated on XXXX' seems to imply that the entire Entry has been brought up to date, and not just a typo or a bad link corrected.]

In this case, the entire entry was rewritten, so Updated makes sense.

First point: use of semicolon instead of comma. I sub-edited this, and I chose to use a semicolon-delimited list rather than a comma-delimited list, because the individual items in the list had commas within them.

Yes, but further down in that punctuation guide, you'll find:
There is a minor use of the semicolon:
to separate items in a list when one or more of those items contains a comma [The speakers included: Tony Blair, the Prime Minister; Gordon Brown, the Chancellor of the Exchequer; and Ruth Kelly, Secretary of State for Education & Skills.]
