The picture for A47629416 used the same name as, and hence over-wrote, the picture for A16413699.
The original pantomime_promo.jpg was a photo of Keith Harris + Orville as Buttons. The one which trashed it is of Les Dennis as Buttons. However, unsurprisingly, the ALT text on the older entry still describes the original picture of that name while inadvertently displaying the picture for the newer entry.

Yes, I remember that one! A great picture of the master duck-vent at work. I hope it can be reinstated
