Firstly, it would help if you wrote using better English. Secondly, there wouldn't have been women in a war before men had signed up for it (whether husbands or bachelors)! So you don't seem to be making much sense anyway. Are you really asking what conditions were like for women before WW1? Or do you want to know what roles women played during the war (whether with or without husbands by then)?

Finally, this isn't a particularly sensible place to ask the question anyway. Once you've figured out what your question is actually about, you could try looking for the best place to find out something. The categories section on History would be a good place to find some articles on history and some other people who are interested in history. That's here: <./>C4</.> (click on the link).

If you are doing an essay for school, then you are probably supposed to have textbooks or similar resources which have already been made available or pointed out to you.

Oddly enough, I think you've only missed (by a few weeks) a programme on TV that was very much about how women refused to go back to being servants and how that changed the nature of society. Perhaps you would have more success googling on specific job titles (eg housemaid, scullery maid) and periods (eg 1920s) than just typing in WW1.

I haven't heard of a Think History website for teachers. Google says there's one by that name at the following URL though:
http://www.thinkhistory.btinternet.co.uk/

Meanwhile, the BBC has a History Message Board:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbhistory/

and another MB for school subjects which includes history under Humanities:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mb16/

I can't see any sign that you've tried the BBC's history and school areas. Eg There are no posts by you asking for information on the topic. (Not that you'd be guaranteed a sensible answer anyway.)

I also don't think you can be trying hard enough to find the information via search engines. My first google search netted me these:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Female_roles_in_the_world_wars
http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/Wfirst.htm

Plus the BBC have some pages, eg:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/war/wwone/index.shtml
leading to
http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/war/wwone/women_employment_01.shtml
