Pierre de la Mer ~ sometimes slightly worried but never panicking ~ Posted Jun 28, 2000
Hey, I brought some old James Last-records. Is there a recordplayer in thid joint?
(I could be persuaded to throw them out the window. Hows about we discuss it over some more Guiness & Gin?)

I think that discussion is totally uneccessary!
*grabs records and tosses them out of the window*
That's better!
Now, can anyone tell me how Plastic Bertrand gate-crashed this party?

Not at all! I just haven't seen him in ages that's all! Has he brought Nena along? 99 red balloons would go down a treat at this party... I will even forgive her the blatant exposure of underarm hair... which is going some for an English girl!

Hmm, probably a good thing I didn't show up with my collection of Lederhosen-Jodel-Hits...

Wow, I see you people can party with out me. Sorry I popped out to see my great aunt and go to work. Just remember, just a few more days. Have more beer and spirits, and try some of the cheeses I have put out for you to eat

Is that a stilton I see over on the far end of the table - and a swiss emmentaler? Wait, I'm beginning to sound like John Cheese in that old Monty Python cleese-sketch, aren't I? Ah well, at least it occupies my mind with something else than a craving for southgerman brass-music...

I haven't seen Double Gloucester and Red Leicester in a long time
Why, there is even some White Stilton with Ginger and Sage Derby!

Hey! Is that Swiss cheese over there? And look- isn't that from Wisconsin?
-Fenny, who only refers to cheese as 'the white kind' or 'the orange kind'
