Granny Weatherwax - ACE - Hells Belle, Mother-in-Law from the Pit - Haunting near you on Saturday

The stitches came out today smiley - bubbly They were itching like smiley - bleep. Three in my arm, where they took the spare tendon from and eight in the base of my thumb.

I've got a groovy black plaster cast on now for another four weeks ish but I still can't do smiley - ok

It's no wonder I was aching like hell, the back of my hand is still black and blue; the very nice plastercaster who 'did' me says it's because of the backslab I'd had on for the last fortnight. At least I can move my fingers more now so I'm back to stiching with a vengeance.

I've given the very nice <doctor) who did my hand 7/10 for his stitching skills. I'll have to hold a masterclass at the hospital smiley - winkeye

Yes, they seem all too willing to open up seams & re-stitch them don't they? maybe they should enroll in a patchwork class!

I'm sticking with 'wait until the scab drops off of it's own accord & see what's underneath' line at present; so smiley - goodluck;let us know how it's going...we could maybe start a lovely thread on 'Past & present scar tissue issues'?

smiley - hug
