Urghhhhhh the lurgie's struck again.
Went to bed Wednesday night feeling as if a slight cold was coming on, woke up Friday morning... what happened to Thursday? Apparently I got out of bed, fell on the floor, crawled to the loo & back & was assisted back to bed! I don't remember a thing 
I'm a bit more compos mentis today but still feel rough. Who stole all my energy? 
It's a good job we weren't planning on going to the London meet
