Do you do your page in HTML now? If not, how did you get the links to change coclour? I thought they could only be done in HTML. I found the page the HTML was on ages ago, but didn't know if it worked in GuideML.
Also, how did you get a counter on your page?

BTW, if the answers are obvious, it's because I have neglected H2G2 for a couple of weeks.

I don't like the new either. But I do like the fact they face either way. I do my page in GuideML, but a lot of HTML stuff works too. Which is useful. I got the code for the links from someone.. I can't quite remember who And I got the counter from fast counter, click on the link below the counter to get one yourself.
I've just been rowing and it was cold and wet and I also did a 2km ergo which was not nice.

Cheers for replying, but soon after I asked you I figured it out myself. I think I got it from the Cheese (clone). I knew HTML worked as well, but I wasn't sure whether the dancing links thing worked. The syntax is a lot stricter in GuideML than HTML. By the way, you can put in a thing which can change the colour of the link when you hover over it. Just put this in between the tag and the bit about the dancing links:


A:hover {
COLOR: #000066! important; TEXT-DECORATION: none! important
}



The colour at the moment is the same as the Classic GOO background. So, in Classic Goo, hovering over a link will make it invisible! Quite cool I thought. You can change the colour, but you need to know the right code. Go to http://www.h2g2.com/A315901 for some help if you want it.
