Looks like you're figuring things out a bit, and you have a home page description. You might want to pick a name so you don't have to go around as Researcher 138309. You can do that by clicking on the Preferences button on the right of your home page (if you're using the Alabaster skin) or the 'my details' button on the left (if you're using Classic Goo). You'll also be able to switch between skins there.
