Tim Smith-Antarctic Correspondant Extraordinare Started conversation Dec 30, 2000
I have just returned from my overseas adventures and looked in on h2g2, and there are a couple of tiny corrections that need to be made to this article. the picture for building 155 is actually the Crary Science and Engineering Center and as I have mentioned before, Scott's ship the Discvery was not crushed in the ice
Thanks
Tim

Scott's ship the Discovery is currently berthed in a specially prepared harbour in Dundee Scotland. There is also an exhibition with artifacts and details of Antarctic exploration.
