h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

yeah, I'm aware this post is almost 6 years old... just wanted to check if any other alice fans are still alive. saw him last summer (2005) for the very first time and kept babbling for weeks. was incredibly fantastic and overwhelming and fascinating and just plain gorgeous. am gonna see him again this february (only a week after OUR birthday -- was born on same day as alice, yes, yes!!!). btw, this is the "dirty diamonds" tour and he still rocks.
oh, and his nose (this post is also 4 years old but what the hell): it is said to be this way because, when he was still a sprinter for his school, he once won a particularly hard race, collapsed, fell on his face and broke his nose. so there.
plus, does anybody know that he studied arts and still collects native american artifacts? (so the scene in "Wayne's World" is not that far fetched...)
