Alice Cooper

Alice Cooper was born Vicent Damon Furnier in Detroit, Michigan, on the 4th of February 1948.He formed a rock band in his high school in Phoenix, when the band was called Alice Cooper, a name that apparently came to them in a seance.Shortly after, young Vincent, the reincarnation of the 17th century witch from whom it came, adopted the name as his own.
His no. 1 hit, "School's out", along with "I'm eighteen" and "no more mr nice guy" were a hit with the teens in the seventies.
Alice's stage shows are truly legendary, though. When everyone else was into peace and love, Alice and his followers were into fun, death, and money. His shows usually include an electric chair, or a gallows, of which Alice was usually the victim.Personally, I am going to one of his concerts on the 19th of July, 2000, at the Hammersmith Apollo, and I simply cannot wait.Alice's new album, Brutal Planet, which comes out on the 12th of June 2000, includes the fantastic songs, "Brutal Planet" and "Blow me a kiss".
If anyone else out there is as big an Alice fan as I am, please feel free to contact me in the forum.Buy the master's new album!!!!now!!!
See you in the forum,
