go c ur doc, explain the prob in that department....
Pick up a prescription form an take 2 cemist....
should cost around £20 for 4 tabs......;o)

or failing that, become friendly with someone with spinal injury and buy some of his off him.

This reply is a bit late,as your question is a yr old...£30.72 for x4 50mg V' from your doctor/nhs. Or, db the dose and cut them in half "a few quid more". Do IT!

mine are free , 4 x 100mg. maybe it's because of my spinal injury, or it could be my age (under 25's get free prescriptions in Wales)
