As a fellow Chillicothean (you almost count) I wish you welcome.
I found your article an interesting read. However, as a resident Chillicothean for far longer than I wish to reveal, I must say you missed all the history. You get a local talking, and all you'll hear about is the whole "first capital of Ohio" stuff. (Although I'm making fun of it, I tend to do it myself, like right now.)

You're right I did miss all the history stuff, I'll add it some time when I get round to it (that's the plan anyway,) I guess I wrote it kind of as a letter home and history wouldn't mean so much there (at least it seems).The answer to your question is yes I am from Knockemstiff, the suburbs of, to be precise ~grin~ we live in what used to be the Knockemstiff bar, well named, I am led to understand.
