A few suggestions - spell lasagna right . If you want your entry to be entered into the official guide, check the Entry Guidelines, which are linked from your home page.

Make sure you're not writing on a subject that's already up there. Your writing won't be accepted into the guide if it's redundant.

Apart from that - cool article, nice recipe, might try it tonight

thanks for the help. I was sure you spelled lasagna with an i. oops!
won't affect the outcome though, it's a great recipe, and everyone loves it.
next time, i guess I'll apply the trusty spell check.
