Something I've not noted or asked, ... Aside from the managerial methods, do you actually enjoy the work itself? If you do, perhaps a change of scenery and people would be a good thing.

the work is ok, it's basically supply chain management which while not actually lighting my fire, I'm good at.
right now I'm not really thinking beyond the change of scenery because my brain is fried.
