Cybernetic - the science of controlling and regulating koplicated systems, as for instance living organisms, machinery and systems of society.
Used by almost everyone on the internet to describe 'the world within the system'. Words have been made up to describe skills, sexual activities and even communities by putting the word 'cyber' in front of other words. The cyberuniverse, as per ce, uses the word almost with the same pride and exclusiv conviction as people have been using terms like 'muslim', 'Basque' or 'New yorker'. It is a badge they hang upon themselves to point out that their in, and often even from, a world which is completly different from the one with all the murders, wars and car salesmen. Kilometres and kilometres of pages has been used to hail everything which is 'cyber' and the word is more in use than any religious terms, except perhaps 'Christ'.
