*sitting by the pond on the grass*
just what I needed, a peaceful place to enjoy my book
I may even get some thinking done watching the trees grow
Lovely Courtesy38

I was wondering about that
I'm glad you enjoy it. Also, if you wish to discuss your book with some *ahem* intelligent and great people Feel free to stop by the BooK NooK at

oh thank you
maybe I will when I finish it, if it's worth discussing that is.
But I love books of all kind, so I probably end up there some day
for now I'll just wander around and enjoy the peace and recover from my latest exam, so heavy thinking have to wait

You are more than welcome, and I understand the need for relaxation after exams.

Generally the patterns in the sand deal with how water would flow around the various obstacles in the sand. Sometimes they are just patterns that felt right when the person raking the sand was doing it.
All in all just something nice to look at and enjoy

I guess
""What is the sound of one hand clapping?" never did it for me, but pondering "Money you can afford to lose" put me into a perfect Zen state."

Whatever it takes
"The sound of one hand clapping" is actually a Zen koan used by masters to help ignite a persons meditation and help them achieve enlightenment
I have always like, what is the sound of silence? When you think about it, it's definitely a unique idea.

*getting up and closing the book*
Thats a nice one, but I have to think it over for a while.
Maybe it's the thing to make get the hang of the meditation thingy.
My head never wants to quiet down
Allthough I do get the effect some times, when I'm neither sleeping or awake .... feels like flying Very bad explanation.
*thinking * the sound of silence.. that is a unique idea hmm
*going of to sleep on it*
Good night
