My new user was set up a week or so ago (not saying exactly when, but after the first hunt started)
and I can start as soon as people want
just cannot post from Friday to Monday as I am away

I am going to Hautbois house in Norfolk for a Guiders training weekend.
And I could start tomorrow or Monday... it is next Friday lunchtime that all my characters will stop posting.
Is it okay if the character is slightly used though?

Okay, can someone quickly summarise the rules for me and I can start running as soon as I know what the complete agreed rules are...

What I want to know is:
what is the minimum number of postings a day?
exactly which fora are considered to be popular community fora (I am not sure I know them all) & links please
what is the defined duration of the chase?
for those days that both my main persona and any alter egos are perforce absent due to lack of computing facilities either at my end or at the h2g2 end, are those days excluded from the total count of the duration of the chase?
I would like to inform the hounds that this persona is not going to have a newbie tag nor is going to start posting from scratch at the beginning of the chase - it may be possible that some of you have met the persona on a previous occasion. However the persona was created on or after the date of the first hunt chase.
I would also like to inform the hounds that neither myself nor any other of my personas will be posting to h2g2 between (approximately) lunchtime this Friday the 9th and the evening of Sunday the 11th as I am on a training weekend in Norfolk and do not expect to have internet access of any description.
